When you read the word crystal deodorants, it usually means Potassium alum or simply as Alum. It is a mineral salt that has been used as a deodorant in Southeast Asia for hundreds of years. Crystal deodorants are now becoming more popular around the world for its natural, toxic-free and pure ingredient unlike conventional antiperspirants and deodorants. How to Apply
Crystal deodorant is available as a stone, roll-on, or spray.
For roll-ons and sticks, after your shower or bath, when your underarms are still a little damp, this is the ideal moment to apply deodorant. It can also be used on other body parts, but you might want a different stone for that.
Apply the stone to clean underarms after running it under water. Make sure not to use excessive amounts of water. Make sure the water doesn’t get into the base of the stone if it is attached to a plastic applicator. After use, you can keep the stone upside down to avoid this from happening.
You can rub it in a circular manner or up and down. Continuously keep pouring water to the stone and applyingg it to your skin until you believe the product has covered have covered your entire underarm.
As for sprays, You might want to have a towel wrapped around your body to capture any extra liquid that might drip down from your armpit. It’s a good idea to wait until the deodorant has dried before getting dressed because there can be a tiny chalky residue left on your skin after application.
